I thought I would try

this Haiku writing business

Seems easy to me

Too many times

I’ve repeated the same scene twice

with different Actors

Things I can’t Control

are quite beautiful to me:

Weather, cats, and you

My mom is funny.

I think about her humor

Jokes, and microwaves

5.

5 haikus a day,

even for my lazy ass

is not too much work.
